• All DHFH physical and digital products.

• Adults (18 or older) may create accounts, submit surveys, and purchase subscriptions.

• Children may use the App only under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.

• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising children when using the App and for all activities conducted under their account.

3. Use of Content and Intellectual Property (IP)

You agree to:

• Use all DHFH content (stories, audio, illustrations, physical kits) for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes only.

• Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute DHFH content without explicit written permission.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App or Website.

Ownership: All characters, stories, illustrations, audio, and physical products are owned by DHFH and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• All subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor (e.g., Apple, Google, or our payment partner).

• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

• Subscription cancellation and refund policies are governed by the policy listed on the purchase page and/or the payment processor's terms.

5. User Content and Feedback

If you submit survey responses, feedback, comments, or suggestions to us, you grant DHFH a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the app, website, and products without compensation to you.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the DHFH brand.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App, Website, and all services are provided “as is.” DHFH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or technical issues arising from your use of the service, except where required by applicable law.
